In the middle of the square there is this huge Méxican flag. Just a litte bit further away to the right of the cathedral are the remains of the original pyramids.

Original inhabitants performing a little dance. A model of the orignal town from the early 1500s. Most of what today is Mexico City was at that time a lake(!)

There are still a number of deserted houses from the major earthquake in 1985.

A nice old hotel down town with some nice interior. The glass ceiling.

Church Church
Every here and there there are churches. This one is leaning a bit, which might be visible in the picture. The interior.

Leaning house
México City has a problem with overuse of water which makes the ground sink. This can be clearly seen in some houses downtown.
The house to the left is leaning out and down into the picture.

Croked House La Puerta
This house was visible croked, but it might not show in this picture Old green door.

The Disco Altura Colorful house
Up on the roof of this house there is a discotheque called Altura. Nice color.

The Music Man Old and new house
No monkey :-) Old building and another not so old, but taller.

Raining Raining
And all of a sudden it can start raining cats'n'dogs, and that since it still is rain season.

Palacio Hierro Palacio Hierro
The parking guys at Palacio de Hierro (The Iron Palace), which is a shopping center. The guy with the gun is making sure people don't leave without shopping ;-)
